LEFT PHOTO: Northern White Cedar, 1x5 edge bead, #1, STK. Our white cedar is additionally available in 4, 5 or 6" widths and 4" edge and center bead. It is generally limited to 8' lengths. Volume amounts may include a percentage of shorts.
PHOTO LEFT: Northern White Cedar, cottage grade #2 Cottage grade is available in all the same sizes and patterns as the #1 northern white cedar. It will contain defects, such as black or broken knots, or the occasional knot hole. Planing is still good. This material is useful whenever a rustic appearance is desired. Cut into short pieces, it makes excellent soffit material. Cottage grade cedar is very economical. ------------------------------------
