The main house (top left) and the guest house (lower left) utilize several different products of western red cedar. These include: heavy cedar timbers, hand split shakes, board and batten siding, shingles and 12" wavy siding. At the same site, the pavillion pictured below consisted of a series of heavy western red cedar timbers, 2x6 fir roof decking and, again, hand split shakes.
