Railing Material

We have three options for cedar railings. You can purchase pre-assembled, pre-cut or individual pieces. Pre-assembled rail sections are built at our shop. You simply put them into place with either our hand hewn posts or using your existing posts. Pre-cut material includes spindles and rails with the tenons at either end. You can also purchase individual parts, all hand hewn cedar from which you would make your own spindles and rails. Porch or deck posts are also hand hewn and can be any thickness or length you require.

NOTE: Staircase railings are generally pre-cut for ease of installation.
